Two of South Africa’s most successful artists Nkosinathi “Black Coffee” Maphumulo and Tyla were seen performing the famous song Water together with the deejay adding a nice house music sound to the song and the singer performing it.
The Grammy Award winning deejay and the Grammy Award nominee are both representing Mzansi at a global level. Not only did Black Coffee win a Grammy, but he also filled New York’s Madison Square Garden to capacity on his headlined show recently. He also teamed up with international designer opening an Amiri clothing shop in Johannesburg.
Tyla has also seen a lot of success in the short space since releasing her Water song. The song has gone to reach greater heights at song charts all over the world, including featuring at the top 10 of the US Billboard charts.
Shared on social media, the video which looks like an unplanned performance as Tyla doesn’t even have a microphone, sees the two artists both stationed behind the deejaying booth sing and dance to the song. They finish off hugging each other.
