Have you ever wondered the true pronunciation of the sauce called Worcestershire? Well, chef and media personality Siba Mtongana took to social media to let fans and followers in on how exactly to say the name.
It only makes sense that an award-winning restauranteur provides the pronunciation of the sauce many people have had trouble saying… and even spelling. The mother of four uploaded a video of herself explaining how not to pronounce the name of the sauce before providing the real pronunciation.

Quite a few social media users took to Siba’s comment section to share their ways of pronouncing the sauce.
One person said, “My grandma said it’s Voster Sous, I can’t betray her beyond her grave 🤷🏾♀️.”
Another shared, “I stopped buying it because I didn’t know how to pronounce it, my pride didn’t allow🤣🤣🤣🤣so after this masterclass I will start buying 🤣🤣.”
While another commented, “😂😂😂😂 I will still get it wrong. So I will just save your video and the next time someone asks, then I will playback your video.”
Siba shared the video while on holiday with her family. It is possible that the family may be creating more memories together overseas as the chef shared a picture of their passports a few days ago.
“Another adventure begins… Where to? 🤨🧐✈️🧳🧳🧳🧳🧳🧳,” wrote Siba in her caption.
