Media personality and business owner Somizi Mhlongo brought an added bit of joy into his Sompire Kids pop-up store after he shared a video of himself surprising one of his customers.
The pop-up store, located in The Mall of Africa, opened on the 1st of October and is set to close on the 8th of October. However, interested buyers will still be able to purchase items on the store’s website.
Taking to his Instagram timeline, The Masked Singer South Africa detective shared a clip of the surprise, captioning his post, “I surprised this beautiful customer as I walked into my store. She never expected this to happen. But ke. Happy shopping.”
In the video, Somizi is seen strategically placing his phone down to capture the moment. He then walks up behind the customer who is being asked by the store employees what she likes about one of the clothing pieces. Turning around, the customer then sees the Sarafina! actor and screams, “Oh my God!” while embracing him.
