It is just a few weeks before the much-anticipated Showmax reality TV show Widows Unveiled is set to air and the viewers have expressed their excitement over the new show.
Centered around the lives of the late prominent figures in government, politics business and the entertainment industry, the reality show will follow the widows while they form a sisterhood that shares pain of a loved one.
The show’s cast members include, Mpho Tshabalala, a businesswoman and widow of kwaito legend Mduduzi “Mandoza” Tshabalala, Lerato Sengadi, a public relations and marketing specialist who is late Motswako rapper Jabulani “HHP” Tsambo’s wife, businesswoman Sikelelwa Ngubane, widow of multi award-winning actor Menzi Ngubane.
Other cast members include businesswoman Lerato Maphatsoe, widow of the former Deputy Minister of Defence Kebby Maphatsoe as well as businesswoman Fundiswa Molefe, the widow of businessman John Molefe.
Upon seeing the TV show’s trailer some internet users expressed their excitement while others shared, they were not interested in watching it:

One user who clearly is not fazed about the concept shared that she was glad Bongekile “Babes Wodumo” Simelane did not agree to take part in it.

Others added humour, stating that the Sifiso Ncwana’s widow, Ayanda Ncwana who is now in full ministry should have been a cast member.
