A video of South African Minister of Police Bheki Cele and a mystery woman flirting with him has quite a few social media users raising their eyebrows and calling the interaction sexual harassment.
The video, which has been shared on X (formerly Twitter), sees the woman trying to hug the minister while saying that she “wants him.” Upon hearing this, Bheki pulls away, resting his arm on her shoulder. The woman then rubs his belly, saying that it is a rich man’s belly.
“Where did they get you? Where did you come from?” asks Bheki. The woman responds, “Listen, didn’t you say we must meet here? You said we should meet here [laughs].”
The video concludes with Bheki saying “bye bye.”
