While many of us are still trying to sum up what a rollercoaster of a year 2023 has been, one thing that stands for sure is that our name will always be in the history books of the world. Whether it is because we are sporting champions or because we are known as the country that like groove. Fact remains for sure, that we are the country that sparks creativity and fun times.
To further showcase the above, this year has been a good year for some of the young leaders of South Africa. Social media platforms have since been booming with the talents possessed by the little bundles of joy as these social media sensations have added a dash of fun and a whole lot of adorability to our country’s name.

Since then, he has captivated the hearts of many as he delivered a live speech for the Springboks upon winning the Rugby World Cup. Desmond told the boys where they could improve while also highlighting who his true heroes within the team are.

This young boy has the most vibrant and infectious energy as he stole the show with his dance moves at a school performance. The young performer outshined all other children as he projected main character energy in his performance. He has since then gone viral and been admired.

While her name remains unknown, this girl, whose video was shared by @_Mabiyela on TikTok, has set the festive mood with her dance moves. The young girl can be seen capturing everyone’s attention as she steals the show on stage at school and has everyone paying attention to her killer dance moves. Netizens have referred to her as the younger version of Uncle Waffles, stating that she understood the assignment of “the aim is not to sweat.”
