Will we all be copying Cassper Nyovest‘s moves at Groove? Netizens say nah

Multi-award-winning rapper and songwriter Cassper Nyovest recently showed off his latest dance moves, but netizens were less than impressed.

MDN News shared a video on their X page (formerly known as Twitter) of the artist getting down in the studio, and the reactions came flooding in.

Briefly News described his energetic moves as “almost emulating a gorilla,” and it seems most social media users agreed. While some were left wondering what the groove would look like if everyone copied him, others thought it was nothing new.

@Mlimo_Insider tweeted, “Kiernan Forbes needs to come back, look at the sh*t we have to deal with.”

@AfrikanChefZA chimed in: “It must remain in the studio. AKA really took everything away from this dude when he left, it’s sad to see.”

@Fani_TheeBear added some flair: “So December groove will be packed with people dancing like gorillas.”

Some users were confused by Cassper’s dance floor intentions. @Inenekazi1 quipped, “Isn’t he supposed to be doing worship music or something?”

Others tried to find deeper meaning in the performance. @DrShiyelenka said, “This one is for married people, y’all can’t relate.”

Meanwhile, @Tony_uyo posed the question we were all thinking: “Does he and/or his publicist look at these clips and say, ‘Perfect… let’s leak this sh@& and make people love Cass again?’”
