After Zandile ‘Zandi’ Khumalo made a shocking revelation expressing her strong belief in Senzo Meyiwa’s widow Mandisa’s involvement in his death, the singer doubled down and stood on her stance after the public inquired about this.

The Khumalo sisters Kelly and Zandile Khumalo have somewhat been the face of the Senzo Meyiwa trial since his tragic and unexpected shooting that took place over a decade ago. Many people, including the public, various judges and lawyers, have been hard at work trying to get to the bottom of the mystery but have not yielded any results thus far.

This has caused a lot of finger-pointing from all corners as everyone involved tries to absolve themselves of the tragic crime. Among these people is Zandile Khumalo, who recently came out to reveal that she believes that Senzo’s widow Mandisa Mkhize is worth probing into as a potential suspect. Zandile stated that the police should leave no stone unturned and ensure that just like everyone else, it is proven without reasonable doubt that Mandisa was not involved.

Taking to her Instagram, the singer has doubled down on her stance after a few inquiries from the public as to whether she would issue Mandisa an apology should her sister, Kelly be found guilty of being involved in the late Orlando Pirates goalkeeper’s death. In the post, Zandi reiterates her strong belief in Mandisa’s involvement, as well as her sister’s innocence, citing that she knows that Kelly is not capable of something of this nature.

According to Zandile, the only time she would apologise to Mandisa is when it is proven without reasonable doubt that the widow was not involved. “Should she be investigated and cleared publicly not behind closed doors I will then apologise to her and that is the only person I’m prepared to apologise to but until then ngimile la (I stand firmly)”

Furthermore, the ‘Ngyiyak’thanda‘ singer dispelled any rumours of her lying under oath, stating that she gave her honest testimony to the best of her ability.
