Big Brother is one of the most popular reality competition shows in South Africa, usually propelling contestants into fame, or just gaining big followings. The fourth season of the South African franchise, named Big Brother Mzans: S’yamosha, saw the rise of Zintle Mofekeng become one of the most popular contestants post Big Brother.
Despite not walking away with the grand prize, which fellow contestant Mc Junior won, Zintle has become the more popular cast member, garnering hundreds and thousands of new followers across all social media platforms. Zintle turned some heads during her days in the Big Brother house when she found herself in a complicated and controversial ‘romantic’ situation with fellow housemate Sinaye Kotobe, who had revealed he was in a relationship when he entered the competition.
Riding the wave and capitalising on the clout, the TV personality has been immersing herself in the industry, gravitating towards beauty, fashion and lifestyle content. She has also secured a few brand deals with companies such as Robertson, Amarula and Dark & Lovely, showing how versatile her content and interests can be.
In her latest venture, the digital creator announced that she is the latest member to join the Coke Studio squad, joining fellow influencers and upcoming content creators in the industry, with the likes of Siphokuhle N, Zille Wizy, Coachella Randy and many more.
