Miss Universe 2019 winner and South Africa’s very own Zozibini Tunzi will make her way to The Philippines this coming May as a special guest host for the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Coronation Night.
Zozibini – also known as Zozi – announced the exciting news on her Instagram account: “Hello, Universe! I’m so excited to announce that I’ll be attending the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Coronation Night on May 13! ??❤️.”
She added, “3 years ago, I had the opportunity to speak with and empower the delegates of Miss Universe Philippines. Since then, I’ve always wanted to make a visit and it’s finally coming true!”

The news was also announced on the official Miss Universe Philippines’ Twitter account.

Zozi, who also holds the longest reign of the Miss Universe title (one year, five months, and eight days) will guest host the event with Filipino actors Alden Richards and Xian Lim.
Also in attendance will be R’Bonney Gabriel, the reigning Miss Universe and former Miss USA.

Zozi also added on Instagram, “I can’t wait to meet the delegates and witness the journey of their next Queen!”
The event is set to take place on 13 May at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Manila, Philippines.
