The horrible tragedy of breaking a nail comes at any time of the day. Whether you are cooking, out for dinner or rushing off, a broken nail has the incredible ability to tick you off. To help you fix that nail in a few hot minutes, check out the effortless tricks we have for you!
Tape
You’ll need:
•Clear tape
•Scissors
•Tweezers
Cut the tape according to broken nail size area. Using tweezers, attach the tape to your nail so that it covers the entire broken area. Press it down gently to make sure it’s firmly affixed to the nail.
Baking Soda
You’ll need:
•Baking soda
•Nail glue
•A toothpick
•Nail file
Place some nail glue on the broken part of your nail. Take a toothpick to move the glue all, making sure it gets inside the broken area as well. Dip the nail into some baking soda, focusing on the area that has the glue. Take the nail out after a few seconds and wipe away any excess baking soda. Use a nail file to smooth the fixed area.
Tea Bag
You’ll need:
•Tea bag
•Nail/super glue
•Nail buffer
•Scissors
Measure the size of broken area with the tea bag, and then cut it once checked. Place a small bit of glue on the broken area, followed by the tea bag strip. Press it down evenly to ensure it dries flat. Use a scissors to remove any excess. Apply another layer of glue and once dry, go-in with the buffer to smooth it out.
TIP: These three hacks will work on a damaged or broken pedicure as well.
