When it comes to fashion, there are those people whose mission is to strictly turn heads, because when they mix clothing items together to make an outfit, they’re not subtle about it.
There’s a trend that has been making waves for a while now called layering, whereby a person would layer multiple clothes (that you wouldn’t necessarily think of mixing) on top of each other and they turn into an unexpectedly beautiful outfit.
I have a few of those fashion influencers on my TiokTok ‘for you’ page and when I tell you they make their fashion statements with capital letters I mean just that.

@uua_murangiGetting back into the groove of filming with my most requested outfit…dress on top of black and white checkered skirt for a little layering 101. Imma call it high fashion. Another spot for black girls in fashion? Yes.♬ original sound – Harlot
One thing about this girlie is she will teach you patience, you will always find a disclaimer on her videos telling you to “trust the process’, because the process be very long, with a lot of uncertainties, frustrations (from my side sometimes) and rapid decision changes. However, in the end, it all turns out extraordinarily beautiful and you never regret sticking around. She is also known as @uua_murangi on TikTok.
