With businesswoman and beauty pageant titleholder Jo-Ann Strauss hosting the prestigious evenmt, the gala also sees musical guests, singer and songwriter Simphiwe Dana and Nobuhle Ashanti Trio performing at the grand celebration this year.
The museum also emphasised the significance of recognising pioneers in modern African art, highlighting their accomplishments and encouraging a new generation of artists, therefore sparking a revolution in the arts, by demonstrating how their distinct views and creative expressions impacted a new generation of African artists, revolutionising the art world.
The museum recently made an announcement regarding their upcoming gala via a video on their social media.
