Last night fashion came to the fore at the opening party of SA Fashion Week hosted by the official sponsor, Cruz Vodka in Joburg. Here’s who we spotted looking fierce.
1.Aaron Moloisi
Looking dapper in all black, Aaron was simple yet classic.
2. Amanda du Pont
Glitz and glam was the order the night in a metallic boobtube gown.
3. Ayanda Thabethe
We love leather and more especially on the ever gorgeous Ayanda.
4. Blue Mbombo
Blue dazzled on the carpet in a gold and sheer ensemble.
5. Bontle Modiselle
If we had a body like hers we would also show it off. You go girl!!
6. Bucie
Both her outfit and her performance brought joy to our hearts. Bucie is truly talented.
7. Buhle Samuels
The colour of this dress and the cheeky cut out were a winning combination.
8. Dineo Moeketsi
This reminded us why Dineo stays on the best dressed list. She looked absolutely breath-taking.
9. Donald
This look was very lack lustre and did nothing for us.
10. Dreamteam
It’s refreshing when artists in a group don’t dress alike. Dreamteam looked was all shades of cool in their individual styles.
11. Fifi Cooper
An oversized blazer will always bring life to a simple outfit and fifi wore hers well.
12. Jessica Nkosi
The gown could’ve done with some dressing up through the use of accessories but Jessica looked beautiful.
13. Khanya Mkanigsa
Khanya also opted for all black in a skin tight floor length number.
14. Knaomi
Knaomi was perfection in pastel pink.
15. Mbali Nkosi
We were left mesmerized by both her beauty and her dress. It shaped her in all the right places and she looked hot.
16. Ntandoyenkosi Kunene
This colour choice was a great one but sadly we were underwhelmed by the dress.
17. Nadia Nakai
Nadia seems to have forgotten the rest of her outfit. We’re all for showing skin but it’s also okay to leave something to the imagination.
18. Natasha Tahane
Between the studs, beading and spikes we didn’t know where to focus when it came to this dress.
19. Nomuzi Mabena
Nomuzi is usually a risk taker when it comes to style but this time she took a safe and somewhat outdated approach. We prefer the more fierce side of Ms. Mabena’s fashion choices.
20. Nomzamo Mbatha
Yess honey yess!! Nomzamo shot straight to the top our list of “looks we loved” in this gown.
21. Refilwe Modiselle
Yes to the skirt, no to the top. #torn
22. Sinazo Yolwa
The top part was ill flitting and unflattering. Not a good look on Sinazo.
23. Thuli Phongolo
Thuil channelled her inner Rihanna and slayed in a pyjama style suit. Work.
