Yellow Goodness
Prep time: 10 minutes easy
Serves: 3
• 2 carrots, chopped
• 2 peaches, chopped
• 2 cups mango, peeled and chopped
• 2 bananas, chopped
• 1 cup melon, peeled and chopped
• 2 cups (500ml) orange juice
1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.
Green Tea Booster
Prep time: 10 minutes easy
Serves: 2
• 1 cup (250ml) green tea, chilled
• 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
• 1 green apple, chopped
• 1⁄2 cup cucumber, chopped
• 2 handfuls fresh spinach, chopped
• 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
• 1⁄2 cup (125ml) maple syrup
• Ice to serve
