It is expected that you would sweat if you are an active person or during warm seasons and there are several ways to deal with that.
However, for women, the under-breast sweat is consistent and it can be unpleasant. The reason behind your breasts sweating as explained by the Cleveland Clinic is that “Moisture gets trapped under your breasts because it’s where skin touches skin. That area has less airflow to help sweat evaporate.”
How do you fight this though? Imagine you’re dressed up all cute at an important event then you suddenly feel sweat dripping from under your titties all the way down, you’re going to be concerned because that could mean you could develop a sweaty smell and maybe sweta patched on your outfit.
If you use the following strategies by health publications, all of that can be avoided.
Find the right bra: Sweat Block advises that you use sweat-wicking bras such as cotton, mesh, and spacer bras. “Your bra should lift your breasts away from your chest and keep your breasts from rubbing against each other. This can ensure your skin is as aerated as possible.”
Have body wipes: The source as mentioned above also advises the use of body wipes for quick freshen-ups, as they are gentle on the skin and can be mildly fragranced or completely fragrance-free, making them ideal for preventing odours and cleaning the skin.
Use an antiperspirant on your chest: According to the Self publication, “Antiperspirants aren’t just for your armpits—they can help reduce sweat on your chest too.” It is however cautioned that if the antiperspirant is irritative to your armpit then don’t use it on your chest.
Try absorbent powder: The Cleveland Clinic suggests the use of talc-free baby powder to prevent sweat and odour from your boobies. “If you’re more prone to fungal infections, there are over-the-counter antifungal powders that your healthcare provider can recommend.”
Use bra liners: Holland & Barret advises getting bamboo or cotton bra liners to soak up the moisture, or just, “Popping a couple of cotton panty liners into the cups of your bra.”
