TikTok creator Noluthando Khoza documented her weight loss journey of how she lost 35 kilograms.
In the video, the young mother did a before-and-after where she was weighing 103 kilograms to now weighing 73 kilograms, which had users shocked and asking questions in the comment section about how she did to which she responded that it was an OMAD (one meal a day) diet and skipping rope.
The creator who goes by @nolly_kay shared her secret to her weight loss transformation with users. According to Healthline, the OMAD diet is an extreme form of intermittent fasting that involves eating only one meal per day within a one-hour window. This method ensures that you lose weight effectively which curbs your unhealthy eating habits and ensures that lose the desired amount of weight.
