1.Keep hydrated
Drinking water keeps your skin looking plump and youthful throughout the day.
2. Moisturise your skin
Find a moisturiser that best suits your skin, and make sure to use it twice a day.
3. Apply sunscreen
The sun is one of the major causes of uneven skin tone; excessive exposure can damage your skin. Use sunscreen to protect your face from the damaging rays of the sun and uneven skin tone.
4. Exfoliate
Your skin constantly sheds dead skin cells and not all of these leave the body. Exfoliating your skin ensures the dead skin cells are removed; and allows fresh, new cells to form, giving you a natural glow.
5. Eat healthy food
Eating fresh fruits and vegetables allows antioxidants into your diet, making your skin beautiful from the inside out.
