Art & Design Saturday at Keyes Art Mile – This upcoming Saturday’s edition recognises Mandela Month and invites audiences to explore contemporary art, design and publishing while paying homage to the late Nelson Mandela. The special programme will showcase powerful visual art that portrays the truths behind people and events in history. Entrance is free
Taking place on Saturday 14 July at 21 Keyes Ave, Rosebank, Johannesburg
RMB Turbine Art Fair – This arts festival brings together galleries and artists from around the country to present and sell their artwork at the iconic Turbine Hall in Newtown, Johannesburg. There is affordable artwork on sale and it also boasts artisanal food and beverages, vibrant music and an interactive talks programme. Tickets are available at Webtickets for R100 for adults and R50 for children.

Newtown Now Festival – This festival will celebrate the launch of a new public art installation at Mary Fitzgerald Square and will also include live music, art exhibitions, interactive creative classes, arts and craft market and free arts, history and heritage walking tours. Entrance is free.
