  • Before you start, decide on where you want to be. You must know your goal and it must be realistic and measurable.
  • Decide on how much you want it. To be successful in the gym you need all the willpower and determination you can possibly find within.

  • Educate yourself in how to get to your goals. Become your own personal trainer because then you’ll know what works for you and what doesn’t (lots of trial and error here).
  • Eat right for your body type. Some people gain weight quickly some lose it quickly. Find an eating plan that is going to get you to your goals
  • Be patient and consistent. It takes time to change your body. You have to work hard every day because your body doesn’t want to change however because I’m a Supplements SA ambassador, I have Supplements SA protein shakes to help me enhance my performance at the gym.
