Many of us are guilty of postponing or coming up with excuses when it comes to exercising. Khabonina has been sharing her extreme yoga poses for a while and is now showing us how she manages to keep her body fit. Here are 5 times Khabonina Qubeka inspired us to start exercising:

She uses her body weight in most exercises. To make it even more fun, she does it with her bae! Not only is this #couplegoals, but you are improving your health, too. You can also do these exercises with a friend. Here are a few we think you should try:

1. Kickboxing

Martial arts trains you to use your body in a way that allows you to defend yourself. It also teaches you discipline and most importantly helps you balance, something we all need when training. Kickboxing, on the other hand, helps get your lower body.

2. Use the stairs

Switch up the intensity to your workouts by using the stairs to do push-ups, squats and get your cardio in by running up and down the stairs. FOcus more on reps than on speed when doing these workouts as you could get an injury if you go too fast.

3. Yoga

Yoga is great for conditioning your muscles, meditating, and relaxing your muscles allowing them to repair themselves when you have an injury or trying to recover from intense training. Yoga can also help you become more flexible all while strengthen your core and learning how to breathe properly when working out.

4. Acroyoga

Yes, this is next level yoga, and while it looks a bit intimidating, you need a partner to help you get in that core workout, stretches, and balance.
