Quick tips for good hygiene

  • Wash your hands regularly with soap and water, or use a hand sanitizer, before handling food and money and after using the toilet.
  • Avoid spreading sickness to other people by staying at home if you are ill.
  • Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when sneezing and coughing.
  • Never reuse the same tissue, always throw it away after using it.
  • Always thoroughly clean any shared cups, glasses, dishes and cutlery.
  • Wash your hands before and after preparing food, after eating and after using the toilet. Also carefully dry your hands with a clean towel as wet hands are capable of spreading more germs.
  • Wash your hands for a minimum of 20 seconds to have them perfectly clean and to keep them germ free.
