Jean Chawapiwa, managing director and founder of Win Win Solutions 4 Africa chats to us ahead of her talk at the upcoming Women’s Lifestyle Expo. By Fundiswa Nkwanyana
I’m excited to be a speaker at this prestigious event that celebrates and empowers women. My extensive work experience which includes leading communication, media and marketing strategies has taught me a lot and I’m honoured to share my knowledge with attendees. Through my work, I have travelled extensively and interacted with different cultures, so I’ll share some of the lessons learnt from my travels. My aim is to stand on that podium and encourage women to go for it, even if they are fearful.
I strongly believe that as women we have the power to change our economies. Through entrepreneurship we can improve our finances and economy. We have purchasing power, and we can use it to support women-owned businesses which will go a long way in improving the economy and these businesses.
