Padel is the new fitness craze and is aptly named that as it’s a mixure between squash and tennis. An important skill is match-craft, as points are won by strategy instead of by sheer strength and power. It is played mainly in a doubles format on an enclosed court, surrounded by walls of glass and metallic mash about a third of the size of a tennis court. The Bay Hotel is one spot that offers you the chance to play this sport.
