Many people are constantly trying to get of mould off their walls. Walls usually get mould because of humidity and moisture.
It is mainly found in places like the bathrooms and basement as these places are poor in ventilation. However, leaks and floods can also make the walls to have mould.

When you finish cooking or taking a shower, you can run the fan for 15 minutes.
Have a well-ventilated home: The above-mentioned source says that when your home has a good air flow it is easier to prevent the buildup of mould.
Reduce moisture levels with dehumidifier: A dehumidifier removes moisture from the air. Repair leaks and other water damages: The repair of leaks prevents moisture from accumulating and allowing mould to have an environment to raider. EPA says that any leak should be attended to quickly so that mould growth does not take place.
