Online orders can leave you shocked and defeated, a woman with the username @kayleneroxanne21 on TikTok can attest to this after she ordered a shoe online from Ackermans and received a different shoe design from what she had in mind.
According to her replies in the comment section, Kaylene has returned the shoes in-store and received the pair of shoes she ordered, she also vowed to not make an online order when purchasing from this store again.
The TikTok creator who could only laugh at the situation took to her page to share a video of a comparison of what she ordered versus what she received. According to the clip captioned: “Ackermans did me dirty,” Kaylene was supposed to get a pair of flat black loafers with a small gold detail on the top as per her order.
However, this was not what she found in the shoe box instead she found a different loafer design. The pair she received was black, had a heel and a longer chain detail on top.

TikTok users commented on the video and chuckled about the difference in shoe designs.
One user said: “Take it back girl.”
Another one shared that the same thing happened to her and said: “No, but this happened to me too. I ordered black ballet flats and they sent me black loafers. They need to work on their online orders.”
While another one jokingly said: “Walk fast we won’t notice.”
