But no clear link has been established.”

“The fibre in seaweed may benefit individuals who are trying to lose weight. This is because fibre is low in calories and helps a person feel full,” claims the Medical News Today publication. Additionally, the publication states that a study published in Marine Drugs found that eating a lot of fibre-rich food delays the emptying of the stomach. Consequently, the stomach might postpone informing the brain about hunger, thereby avoiding eating too much.
