Chicken and veggie noodle stir fry
Using ingredients such as noodles, stir fry mix, chicken mince, soy sauce and vegetable oil will have anyone looking like a chef.
This dish is incredibly easy to make. Simply boil a pack of noodles for two minutes, heat a pan with oil over medium heat, add minced meat and cook until golden. Next, add the sauce and let it cool. Then, add the veggies and the boiled noodles, toss everything together and you’ll have yourself a winner! Noodle salad
Popular food blog Austrailia’s Best Recipes explains that to make the noodle salad, you need to cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet, then mix in sesame oil and set aside.
Cook a beaten egg in a small pan and remove it once done. In a separate pan, fry onion, bacon, garlic and chilli until the onion is soft. Mix the onion mixture and egg into the noodles. For the dressing, mix all ingredients and pour over the noodles. Top with fresh coriander.
