Over the past few years, retail giant Checkers’s grocery delivery app Sixty60 has become quite popular amongst South African shoppers. In fact, so popular that the store has now decided to sell a few branded items dedicated to the little ones.
These items included a Checkers Sixty60 helmet for R49.99, a mini soccer ball for R34.99, and a mini rugby ball also costing R34.99.
To add to the list of goodies for the kids, Checkers shared that jumpsuits (also known as onesies) in various sizes for R99.99 were also available for parents to purchase.

With all the items now available in stores, parents may have to cough up a few extra rands to get their kids the latest gear.
Out of the four branded goodies, the product that caught one parent’s eye in particular was the onesie.
TikToker @lee_shazz shared a picture of the hanging, teal-coloured garment and said, “We have a new problem as parents. I swear Checkers hates us. Bikes, toys, and now this? Aowa lena!”
Responding to a TikToker who joked that she should not be hating on the onesie or the Sixty60 drivers, @lee_shazz clarified, “We are just tired of buying. Their marketing team is just working overtime.”
One parent on the app said, “I saw that yesterday I just acted like I didn’t hear my son pointing at it.”
Meanwhile, another parent shared that they had already bought the onesie for their child and joked, “My daughter is a full employee for Checkers at age two.”
