Cheese cake recipe:
1 pack Tennis biscuits
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tubs cream cheese
1/2 cup castor sugar
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup milk
1&1/2 teaspoon gelatine
1/2 cup berry coulis
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tubs cream cheese

Crush biscuits and combine with butter.
Pour into the base of a springform pan and smooth with the back of a spoon.
Refrigerate while you make the filling
– Whip the cream cheese to soften, add the sugar and combine
– In a separate bowl whip the cream till thick and fold into the cream cheese.
– Heat milk in a small bowl and add in gelatine and stir to dissolve then gold into cream cheese mixture
– Pour the mixture into biscuit base
– Spoon berry coulis over and use skewer to make swirly lines.
