- Different fruits.
- Small yogurts of your choice.
- Popsicle/wooden sticks.
- Sweetener (optional)
How do I make them?
- Cut your fruits into small bite sizes.
- Sprinkle some sweetener onto your fruits (this step is optional)
- Open your yogurts and place the small fruits in them.
- Stir your yogurts.
- Place the popsicle sticks.
- Allow to set in freezer.
- Enjoy.
