One groom caused a stir on the internet after he was seen walking down the aisle with his beautiful bride by his side in front of an entire congregation. However, the groom seemed rather entertained by his phone rather than his wife whom he had just wed.
Social media users dropped some not-so-subtle hints to the blissfully unknowing bride, letting her know that her new spouse isn’t interested in getting married to her.
The bride grinned, danced, and thanked the people who had congratulated the pair as they left the church, while the groom had his phone firmly in his grasp and appeared to be messaging someone.
When they left the church, the bride appeared to question her husband about using his phone, but it appears that he ignored her and proceeded to text whoever was capturing his attention at the time.
According to one TikTok user who made a duet of the bride’s video commented by saying: “This is proof that a lot of women are in marriages they are not happy in, they are just happy to get married and have the title of wife.”
Many social media users flooded the comment section as they called out the groom for having lack of respect for his wife as they wonder what could have been so important than his bride on his wedding day.
The video has since gone viral.
