If there is one thing about our beloved South Africans, it is that we will provide commentary in any given situation.
Snake handler Tyrone Ping recently posted a video of himself removing two highly venomous Cape cobras from a substation in Airport Industria, Cape Town. After Tyrone unlocks a double-locked door, a woman is heard shouting, “By the door, by the door!” in reference to the one snake’s location.
Exclamations of “ooo!,” “aaah!,” and, of course, “yoh!” rang out from the crowd as Tyrone prepared himself for the capture.
In the distance, another woman is heard telling the bystanders that someone should keep the door open for Tyrone while he captures the snakes, to which an unknown man hilariously replies, “How can we do that?”
Tyrone then successfully removes the two snakes from the enclosed area. One by one, he puts each snake in a storage container. While busy with the one snake, the other slithers around in close proximity. “Don’t worry about that one,” says Tyrone.
The same unknown man asks Tyrone, “What do you mean, ‘Don’t worry?'”
