To achieve this recipe:
- Cut four lemons in half and carve the inside of the lemon perfectly while still maintaining the boat shape of the peels.
- Blend the lemons and strain the juices to remove residue pieces
- Take the strained lemon juice and pour it into ice moulds and allow it to freeze overnight.
- Add approximately one and half cups of halved strawberries into a blender and blend.
- Add the frozen lemon ice cubes to the mixture and blend further until smooth.
- For extra flavour you may add syrup.
- Store in freezer.
