Despite their big plans though, only 8% of people will achieve their New Year’s resolutions.

New Year’s resolutions are great ways to help you focus on yourself, but also to consider your broader responsibility—and to expand and multiply your positive effects on others.

We don’t know what our plans are for next weekend, let alone what they will be in five year’s time. Yet actually, having some idea of where you want to be can help you make the right decisions in life.
