People use a lot of products without checking whether they are using them correctly. If you fill up your hand with shampoo for just one wash, then you are using the wrong amount. By Grace Mantjiu

Are you using your hair products correctly? Here is a guideline on how much you should actually be using:
1. Shampoo and Conditioner– the product used should be equivalent to the size of a R5 coin. This will also help keep your product for longer.
2. Hair Mask– Revive your dull strands with a hair mask once a week. How much you use depends on the length of your hair, if you have short hair then just a finger-size scoop should be enough. Stick to the allocated time and rinse off.

3. Hair Oil– two drops of oil work wonders on damp hair and add one drop on dry hair for shine. More than this is too much.
