Fermented gin fruit cocktail
Prep time: 5 minutes
Serves: 6
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 kiwi fruits, sliced
- Handful fresh strawberries, halved
- Handful fresh cherries
- Handful pomegranate seeds
- 8 cups (2ℓ) orange juice
- 3 tablespoons (45ml) rooibos fynbosbotanicals gin

- Mix all ingredients in a jug. Refrigerate for 5–6 hours or until chilled.
- Serve immediately.
