Congratulations to Grammy-award winning rapper Kendrick Lamar won the Pulitzer Prize for music for his fourth studio album DAMN. Kendrick made history by being the first rapper and first non-classical or jazz artist to win the prize since the Pulitzers expanded into music in 1943. The Pulitzers announced the news on social media.
