Mzansi Viewers’ Choice Awards full list of nominees

The second DStv Mzansi Viewers’ Choice Awards (DMVCA) nominees were officially announced yesterday. The awards acknowledge and celebrate local talent in various entertainment streams. The ceremony which takes place on November 24, and will be hosted by Bonang Matheba.

She shared her excitement to be on hosting duties on social media.

Gqom duo Distruction Boyz lead the nominees with three nominations in the Song of the Year, Favourite Rising Star and Favourite Music Artist/Group categories. On their heels are cricket player Kagiso Rabada and Prince Kaybee who scored two nominations each.

The awards have also a new category, Favourite Personality of the Year, which will be awarded to a personality that has gone above and beyond to have an impact in our society.
