Sunburn is an immediate reaction but sun damage occurs over a lifetime which is why its important to wear sunscreen daily. Including sunscreen in my daily regime is as easy as waking up and knowing that I have to brush my teeth.

I have tried so many sunscreens over the years and only a few made it to my good product list. Two months ago I started using Avene SPF50+ Sunscreen Cream, R240 and I loved it on my skin. It didn’t leave any white residue on my skin, it was not sticky and it provided moisture to my dehydrated skin. However I found that I had to rub it into my skin a little bit longer so that is spreads evenly on my face. I didn’t mind that because it gave me time to let it sink into the skin before applying a primer or foundation.
