Ingredients
- 3 cans of peaches, drained and chopped
- 3 large apples, cored, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 cups coconut biscuits, crushed
- ½ cup oats
- 2 cups (500ml) butter, melted.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200?C.
- In a baking dish, arrange the peaches and apples.
- In a bowl, combine the cinnamon, biscuits, oats and butter. Mix to form a rough dough.
- Spoon crumble the dough over fruits and bake for 20-25 minutes or until light brown.
- Serve hot with cream or custard.
