Ingredients
  • 4 sardines, slit and cleaned
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 thumb-sized ginger, sliced
  • 1 tspn paprika
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200˚C.
  2. Stuff the fish with garlic, ginger, paprika and lemon. Season well.
  3. Wrap with foil and bake for 12–15 minutes.
  4. Combine salad ingredients and serve with the fish.
