Baked Sardines

Ingredients
- 4 sardines, slit and cleaned
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 thumb-sized ginger, sliced
- 1 tspn paprika
- 1 lemon, sliced
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200˚C.
- Stuff the fish with garlic, ginger, paprika and lemon. Season well.
- Wrap with foil and bake for 12–15 minutes.
- Combine salad ingredients and serve with the fish.
