- 2 cups broccoli stalk, chopped
- 2 apples, peeled and chopped
- ½ banana, chopped
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 2 cups low fat yoghurt
- 3 cups ice cubes
- Mint leave to serve
- In a blender, combine broccoli, fruits, yoghurt and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
