CAJUN SPICED CHICKEN

Ingredients
- 1 pkt chicken portions (about 750g)
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Robertsons Louisiana Cajun Seasoning
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Robertsons Garlic Salt
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- ¼ cup (65ml) oil
Instructions
- Cook chicken portions in boiling water for 30 minutes, remove and cool.
- Arrange chicken in a dish, rub with Robertsons Herbs and Spices, salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with oil and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Cook on a braai.
