Here’s a quick and easy carb-free meal that won’t leave you hungry.

Serves: 6–8
- 1 cup canned tuna, drained
- 1 onion, chopped and cooked
- 2 cups broccoli florets, cooked
- 1 cup pumpkin, cubed and cooked
- 1 cup feta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup Cheddar, grated
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup (250ml) cream
- Salt and pepper
- Watercress leaves
- Preheat oven to 180ºC.
- In a lightly greased baking dish, mix tuna, vegetables and cheeses.
- In a jug, beat eggs, cream and seasoning. Pour over fish mixture.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes or until set.
- Serve warm with watercress leaves.
