CHEESE BURGERS

Ingredients
- 2 cups lean mince meat
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ cup cornflakes, crushed
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wholemeal bun
- Lettuce leaves to serve
- Tomato slice to serve
- Onion, sliced
- Cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 200°C.
- In a bowl, combine minced meat, onions, chillies, garlic, cornflakes, egg and seasonings. Form a small round patty.
- Grill patties for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve on a bun, with lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese.
