- 4 SPAR Chicken Breasts, cut into strips
- ¼ cup (65ml) SPAR Sunflower Oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 2 teaspoons crushed ginger
- Salt and pepper
- 1kg SPAR Frozen French Stir Fry
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) SPAR Balsamic Vinegar
- 100g toasted peanuts or bean sprouts, optional
- Spring onions, thinly sliced
- 4 cups cooked SPAR Long Grain Parboiled Rice
- Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Add chicken, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Fry until brown.
- Add vegetables and spices.
- In a cup, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and balsamic vinegar. Add to vegetables. Fry on medium-heat for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Transfer to serving bowl and sprinkle with toasted peanuts or bean sprouts. Garnish with onions, and serve over rice
