Chicken and Veggie Stir Fry

  • 4 SPAR Chicken Breasts, cut into strips
  • ¼ cup (65ml) SPAR Sunflower Oil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 2 teaspoons crushed ginger
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1kg SPAR Frozen French Stir Fry
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) SPAR Balsamic Vinegar
  • 100g toasted peanuts or bean sprouts, optional
  • Spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups cooked SPAR Long Grain Parboiled Rice
  1. Heat oil in a wok or large pan. Add chicken, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Fry until brown.
  2. Add vegetables and spices.
  3. In a cup, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and balsamic vinegar. Add to vegetables. Fry on medium-heat for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Transfer to serving bowl and sprinkle with toasted peanuts or bean sprouts. Garnish with onions, and serve over rice
