- 1kg chicken, minced
- 1 green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- Handful fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 bunch spring onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Tortillas to serve
- Cabbage salad to serve
- Sweet chilli sauce to serve
- Preheat oven to 200ºC.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients and season well.
- Make small balls and place onto oven tray. Grill for 12–15minutes.
- Serve warm with tortillas, salad and sauce.
