- 10 ENTERPRISE No Pork Viennas, grilled and cut into chunky slices
- 2 handful salad leaves
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 small beetroots, cooked and quarterly cut
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Dressing to serve
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large salad platter, arrange salad leaves.
- Top with sliced red onion, quartered beetroot and cherry tomatoes.
- Arrange grilled ENTERPRISE No Pork Viennas on top.
- Crumble feta cheese over the salad.
- Drizzle with dressing and serve.
