- Half a 500g packet of FATTI’S & MONI’S Penne, cooked
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 red chili, chopped
- ½ cup self-raising flour
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 egg beaten
- ½ cup (125ml) milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

- Bring a pot of water to the boil. Add a pinch of salt and teaspoon of oil. Add FATTI’S & MONI’S Penne and boil till cooked.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked FATTI’S & MONI’S Penne, peppers, chili, flour, cayenne pepper and coriander.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg and add the milk. Add to the bowl filled with dry ingredients and mix well. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat oil in a pot and add heaped tablespoons of the batter. Fry until golden.
- Serve immediately.
